BS in Engineering from Clemson University and an M.Phil and D.Phil from the University of Oxford.
Yoav Millet
Yoav has served as CFO and COO with several growth technology companies, and as Senior Partner/Managing Director for several investment funds. Yoav has negotiated 22 VC investments raised more than $300m in direct and follow-on investments. He co-headed the investment banking activities of Clali & Associates Group (LCF Edmond de Rothschild and Investec Group) and served as Internal Auditor with Israel General Bank (LCF Edmond de Rothschild). Yoav holds CPA, Advanced Accounting Diploma, BS in Accounting and BS in Economics degrees from Tel Aviv University.

Neel has worked in hospitality development and operations for 20 years as an approved developer for Hilton, Marriott, Starwood and InterContinental Hotel franchises. Hilton Hotels Worldwide awarded him “Developer of the Year” and he is the founder of the award winning Hotel Evolution LLC management company. Neel has served on multiple advisory panels and is active in community governance of commercial real estate development.

Built Partnership Completes Phase I Expansion of Spring Grove Self Storage in Cincinnati
Cincinnati, OH - Investor-developer Built Partnership has announced today the completion of an extensive renovation and expansion at Spring Grove Self Storage, Cincinnati's only drive-thru, climate-controlled self-storage facility. This expansion makes available more than 250 new climate-controlled storage units and 140 well-lit parking spots for autos, boats, and RVs.

Built Partnership Closes on Historic Mill Property in Cincinatti OH
Built Partnership has closed on a 150,000 Gross Square Foot Brick Construction historic mill in the Spring Grove Area of Cincinnati, as well as Add Space Storage, an existing business operating leasing non-climate controlled self storage on the first floor of the four story structure. Built will convert the entire facility to provide over 100,000 SF of Climate Controlled self storage to this underserved market.
